Nicole Koedyker

On a mission to catalyze a more resilient world, Nicole has helped implement equity and sustainability strategies for the public and private sectors. She has over 10 years of experience in social enterprises, community-building, and strategic planning for purpose-driven organizations and thrives when improving existing processes and helping others be the best they can be. In her spare time, she organizes Philly Vegan Restaurant Week and teaches group exercise classes. She lives in West Philadelphia with her family of 2 dogs, 1 cat, and her husband.
Nicole has a B.A. in business administration from Drexel University and a Masters degree in public administration from Presidio Graduate School. Prior to joining Council Fire, she founded a B Corporation consulting company in college, managed strategic partnerships for a sustainable technology startup, and directed a Philadelphia neighborhood association to implement equitable property development and programmatic goals. Nicole’s expertise lies in identifying gaps in processes and creating pathways for improvement and evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders and leveraging group strengths to create cohesion, supporting growth and education opportunities, and creating stability through listening and thoughtful evaluation.
