Based in San Francisco, Nicole is a multi-skilled facilitator, designer, and systems thinker focused on helping organizations develop and implement innovative solutions to intertwined environmental, social, and economic challenges. She brings a broad set of capabilities in participatory facilitation, strategic planning, capacity development, and human-centered design to bear on management challenges that require stakeholder engagement, sustainable policy, systems transformation, and rapid innovation to solve.
Prior to joining Council Fire, Nicole worked in the Fishery Solutions Center at the Environmental Defense Fund developing tools, educational experiences, stakeholder engagement methods, technical policy solutions, and leading participatory processes to solve wicked challenges in fishery systems around the world.
