With more than 25 years of experience advising businesses, nonprofits and foundations, Jonathan helps clients deliver on mission by leaning into change. As founder and chief executive of FYI Information Resources for a Changing World, for 21 years he built successful partnerships and opened new markets for a wide range of organizations in the Soviet Union. Providing research-based counsel to leaders and executives, his work combines strategic communications, change management, and operational alignment. He has deep expertise in sustainability, especially related to food and agricultural systems.
He has been privileged to work with organizations such as SustainAbility, Ltd., Resources for the Future, Greyston Social Enterprise, Mundo Verde PCS, Unilever, Ceres, The James Beard Foundation, Nestle, The Marcus Foundation, Hewlett-Packard, GlobeScan, and the NYU Center for Sustainable Business at the Stern School. He is also certified as a behavior design coach by the “Tiny Habits” program developed at the Stanford Behavior Design Lab.
