Holly is out to change the world . . . , one well-executed project at a time! She is driven by a lifelong love of nature and the ocean, and an unrelenting belief that if we think critically and work collaboratively we can create a thriving economy that benefits people and the planet. Holly and her young family love all things outdoors and can often be found exploring parks, playgrounds, and waterways throughout their home state of Maryland.
Holly’s broad set of skills makes her the ultimate utility player on a consulting team, and she brings a big-picture strategic perspective while also having an eye for project details. Her experiences include project management, program administration, partnership development, environmental education, meeting facilitation, and event planning. With a Bachelors degree in biology and a Masters in nonprofit management, she is uniquely suited to developing and supporting purpose-driven initiatives. Prior to joining Council Fire, Holly managed Conservation Programs at the National Aquarium and served in a variety of roles helping community-based nonprofits improve organizational capacity and advance their missions.
